Double Dill Guacamole

🥑 Fresh. Zesty. Chunky.

Guacamole and dill might sound like an unusual combination, but trust me on this one. The fresh avocado, green onion, and Kwickle seasoning come together to make a bright, savory dip that's hard to stop eating.

Perfect for taco night, BBQs, game day, or anytime a bag of chips mysteriously disappears.

🧂 Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
3-4 Tablespoons Sliced Onion and Ciliatro
1–2 teaspoons Kwickle Double Dill Seasoning
Juice from ½ lime

Optional:

  • Additional lime juice to taste

  • Diced jalapeño

  • Cilantro in a pinch I not added.

🫙 Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into a bowl.

  2. Add lime juice and gently mash to your desired texture.

  3. Stir in sliced green or red onions and Kwickle seasoning.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.

  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

⏱ Ready When?

Ready in about 5 minutes.

The flavors continue to come together after a short rest in the refrigerator, but it's pretty hard not to start sampling immediately.

🧠 How Much Does This Make?

Makes about 2–3 cups of guacamole, enough for a family taco night or a healthy attack on a bag of tortilla chips.

🔄 Make It Your Own

There is no wrong way to guac.

  • Add diced jalapeños for heat

  • Add extra green onion for crunch

  • Add more lime for extra zing

  • Keep it chunky or mash it smooth

  • Try it as a burger topping

  • Spoon it onto tacos, burritos, or breakfast bowls

🥑 Why It Works

Kwickle's dill, garlic, and savory seasoning pair surprisingly well with creamy avocado. The lime keeps everything bright while the green onions add just enough crunch.

Sometimes the unexpected combinations are the best ones.

🔥 Pro Tips

  • Use ripe avocados that yield slightly when squeezed.

  • Don't overmix if you like chunky guacamole.

  • Taste before adding extra salt—Kwickle already brings plenty of flavor.

  • Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface if storing leftovers to help reduce browning.

❤️ My Favorite

This recipe started with avocados, onion, and Kwickle—and honestly, that's still my favorite version.

🧊 Storage

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. 🥑
